MEET SINJI LEE

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. You may be navigating depression, the effects of trauma, a major life transition, relationship difficulties, questions about identity and belonging, or simply trying to better understand yourself and what you want from your life.

Sometimes life changes in ways we don’t expect. You may be struggling to find your footing after a transition, carrying the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences, questioning where you belong, or feeling stuck without a clear sense of what comes next. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to move forward.

Having immigrated from Korea at a young age and experienced significant transitions in my own life, I understand how deeply change can shape our sense of identity, belonging, and connection. These experiences have influenced the way I approach therapy and the importance I place on creating a space where you can feel understood, accepted, and free to be yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are.

Play Therapy

I believe therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I offer a warm, compassionate, and curious space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without judgment.

Together, we can slow things down and make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface. We may explore patterns in your relationships, experiences from your past, family dynamics, and the ways these experiences may be shaping how you see yourself and your life today.

For those who have experienced trauma, therapy can also provide a space to understand how those experiences may continue to affect your emotions, relationships, sense of safety, or connection with yourself. We can approach this work at a pace that feels manageable, with attention to your individual needs and sense of safety.
My approach is collaborative and individualized. Rather than focusing only on getting through a difficult moment, I want to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded and confident in who you are, gain greater clarity about what you want, and develop more meaningful connections with yourself and the people around you. Together, we can work toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.

There is no one-size-fits-all path to therapy. We’ll work together to understand what you need and find a pace and direction that feels right for you.
